It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Hilliard (Elkridge, Maryland), born in Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Watson, Sr. and Demerit Weber Rideaux; her brother Calvin Watson, Jr.; and her grandparents, Alfred and Augustine Weber (Jim Michael Hilliard).
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Michael Watson of Franklin, LA, Alfred Jamaal Hilliard of Franklin, LA, Jared Hilliard (Calmesha) of Franklin, LA and Kortland Hilliard (Shannon) of Elkridge, MD; her close friend Willie Madison, Sr.; her sisters, Joyce Boatman (Ronnie) of Franklin, LA, Shanta Pollard (Kirt) of Franklin, LA, Genevia Dauphine of Franklin, LA, Gail Smith (Kenneth) of Cade, LA, Debra Howard (Glenn) of St. Rose, LA, Linda Williams (Howard) of Houma, LA and Lucinda Harrell (Anthony) of Houma, LA; and her sister-in-law Violet Watson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
