She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Joe" E. Slavotinek; and her brother Timothy. She is survived by: her children, Carol Boyer (Rick), Joey Slavotinek (Sherrie), Chuck Slavotinek, John Slavotinek (Paula Brittingham) and Diane Merson (Dan); her brother Louis Avig; her grandchildren, Brantdon, Lindsay, Amber, Kristin, Michael, Tony, Mark, Ryan, Josh, Daniel and Jeremy; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Peyton, Anthony, Kayla, Dominic, Ava, Kylie and Trey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and loving friends.
If diesired, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Gilchrist Hospice of Howard County or the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
