She is survived by: her children, Chuck Lewis (Leslie), Tommy Lewis (Betsy), Timmy Lewis (Robin), Dean Lewis (Katja), George Boteler (Marcia), Doug Duvall (Jan), Elaine Middleton, Barbara Friday and Harold Friday; her grandchildren, Michelle, Meagan, Stephanie (Brian), Lindsay (Matt), Brendan, Shawn, Chelsea (Chris), Robby, Paula, Jessica (Tim), Greg (Lia), Brandon (Megan), Brooke, Garret, Chris, Beth, Cindy and Billy; and her great grandchildren, Kyla, Brady, Payton, Weston, Kelly, Grace, Madeline, Logan, Luca, Lincoln, Jake, Cole and Clay.
