He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Bolles and Fern Machis (Vincent); his brother-in-law Jim; and his nephew David. He is survived by: his wife Lois Bolles; his children, Robin Anikas (Vince) and Sharon Tuck; his grandchildren, Ashley Yesko and Vincent Anikas; his sister Doris Long (Alvin); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Peterson (Don), Bob Daugherty (Reta), Fred Daugherty (Joan), Reva Norwig, Billie Jo Bonolis and Kenny Daugherty; his niece Connie Groer; and his nephews, Mark Daugherty and Richard Daugherty. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

Family wishes donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
