He is survived by: his parent Margie Eugenia Millsaps Stafford; his wife Shirley Ann Stafford; his children, Mark Stafford (Dana) of Taylorsville, NC and Chrissy Little (Shaun) of Taylorsville, NC; his granddaughters, Carlee Stafford, Madelyn "Maddie" Nelson, Meredyth Little and Caroline Little; and his siblings, Martha S. Boyd of Hiddenite, NC and John A. Stafford (Portia) of Boiling Springs, KY..
