She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Chaffman and Naomi Phillips; and her brothers, Anthony and Bruce Chaffman. She is survived by: her daughter Rachel; her brothers, Steve (Donna) and George Chaffman (Amy); and her former husband Frank Moore.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated and welcomed to one of the following organizations: Hospice of the Chesapeake, Colorectal Cancer Alliance or Wellness House of Annapolis.
