He is survived by: his wife Toni Downey; his children, Amy Downey, Sean Downey and Nicholas Downey; his grandchild Madilyn Senisse; his brothers, Thomas Downey (Carole) and Robert Downey (Gail); his nieces and nephews, Mary Louise Wagner, Walter "Dow" Owen Downey, III, Kellie Downey, Michael Ford and Courtney Eibner; and his siblings-in-law, Tina Ford and Timothy Ford.
