He is survived by: his wife Elaine Smith; his children, Linda Herrmann, Michael Smith, Jeffrey Smith, Phillip Smith and Sharon Thomas; and his siblings, Dorothy Boggs, Hannah Smith, George W. Smith and Caroll Wiley. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
