He was predeceased by: his brother Andrew M. Church. He is survived by: his wife Debra Church; and his siblings, Christine Poole (Stephen), Lloyd W. "Bill" Church (Robyne), Catherine Post, Margaret Dillon (Thomas) and George W. Church, Sr. (late Alice "Ginger"). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
