With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane Valdivia of Elkridge, Maryland, who passed away on November 9, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dayton Steele and Juliette Hamilton Steele; and her husband Daniel Emil Valdivia. She is survived by: her brother John Dayton Steele II; her children, Laura Valdivia Busick of Sykesville and Brian Steele Valdivia of Denver Colorado; her children-in-law, Dane Anthony Busick and Genevieve Sarah Shapiro; her sisters, Carolyn Vaughan, Anne Galbraith and Nancy Qualters; her siblings-in-law, Donald Qualters Sr. and Linda Steele; her nephews, Nick Qualters and Angus Galbraith; and her parents-in-law, Maria Guadalupe Valdivia and Arthur Valdivia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
