He is survived by: his wife Delores "Lorry" Welch; his children, Tiffany and Jimmy (Stacia); and his sister Janice Fletcher.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075). A graveside service was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Meadowridge Memorial Park (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075).
