He was predeceased by: his spouse Sun Cha Na. He is survived by: his children, Annie Park (Young), Ellen Yoo (Soon), Kwang Na and Rod Wolfe; and his grandchildren, Brendon, Aiden, Carlon Park, Nathen and Aaron Yoo.
