It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Sangtai Kim (Elkridge, Maryland), who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Henry Sangtai Kim to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Youngja L. Kim; his sons, George J. Kim and Thomas W. Kim; his brother Jason Sangwoo Kim; his sister-in-law Bok Sung Kim; his sister Sookhui Peterson; his brother-in-law Glen Peterson; his nieces, Sunny Kim DuBois and Dyane Bronson; and his nephew Alex Peterson.

Mr. Kim has also donated an immense amount of time to the local community by acquiring non-profit exemption status from the IRS for various community organizations such as Korean American Grocery Organization of Maryland (KAGRO), Korean Businessmen's League (KBL), Korean School of Baltimore, various Korean churches and Sejong Scholarship Foundation of America, of which he was executive director.
