He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Richard Cole and Gladys Cole (Lilley); his son Gerald Cole, Jr.; his stepson Randy Norris; and his sisters, Lilley and Sharon.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Cole; his son Glenn Cole (Iva); his stepchildren, Penny (Di) and Steve; his grandchildren, David, Michael, Trey, Danielle and Amber; and his siblings, Bruce, Dennis, Ronald, Raymond, Elaine and Cheryl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
