She is survived by sister, 5 children, 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Forney's services will be held at a later date privately, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Maryland ASPCA, 3300 Falls Rd., Baltimore, MD 21211 (410-235-8826).
