Forrest Girard Starnes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2021, at the age of 82, Forrest Girard Starnes (Elkridge, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Starnes and Della Mae Crawford Starnes; and his siblings, Mildred Hunley, Thelma Williams, Margaret Goodson and Robert Starnes.

He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Vandyke Starnes; his daughters, Della Louise Byers (Robert), Elizabeth Ann Starnes, Cheryl Lisa Johnston (Jay) and Rebecca Rose Starnes (Matt); his grandchildren, April, Donald Byers, David Hord, Brendan, Morgan Johnston, Justin and Abigail Gillette; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Colt, Carlie Byers, Brian Gillette and Howard Hord; and his siblings, Ruth Hoard and Kenneth Starnes (Judy) of Moneta, Virginia. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
