She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James, Sr. Head and Iola Head; her husband Samuel Eugene Merson; her close friend Howard Fales; her children, Cindy Miller (Dennis), Sherrie Slavotinek (Joe), Dale Merson (Cheryl) and Dan Merson (Diane); her siblings, James Edward Head, Jr. (Betty), Jeffrey Norman Head (Kim) and Patricia Gwynn Williams (Bruce); her grandchildren, Amber, Lisa, Kristin, Ashley, Brad, Ryan, Brittany, Josh, Erin, Michael, Daniel and Jeremy; and her great grandchildren, Kayla, Jocie, Lily, Cole, Dominic, Jackson, Ava, Riley, Brantley, Kylie of Trey, GG and Autumn.
