She was predeceased by: her husband Henry J. Fox, Jr.; her parents, Harvey Thomas Bullard, Sr. and Florence Irene Bullard; and her siblings, Harvey Thomas Bullard, Jr., Diane Bullard and Raybon Bullard.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Fox, Terry Fox, David Fox and Henry Fox, III; her stepchildren, Linda Stanley, Joe Edward Fox and Henry J. Fox, III; her sister Virginia Bullard Caffee; and her nephews, Michael Bullard and Mark Bullard.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the MMP, Inc. (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075).
