It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Marie Kemstedt (Elkridge, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Kemstedt and Augusta Kemstedt; and her siblings, Gertrude Teves, Frederick Kemstedt Jr., Amelia and Milton.
She is survived by: her close friend Kenneth Frederick; her sons, James and Paul Waller; her children-in-law, Jim O'Connor and Lynn Waller; her niece Joan Cash; and also, Bud and Michael Earley.
With limitations made to funeral practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all guests are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing per current public health guidelines.
