She is survived by: her children, Owlen Clements Scaggs, Jr. (late Linda Jean) and Carla Scaggs-Hughes (Brian); her siblings, Lavell Marks, Raymond, Oliver, Jack, Orville, Myrtle and Vera; her grandchildren, Owlen Clements Scaggs, III and Robin Scaggs; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Owlen, IV and Gannon Scaggs.
