He is survived by: his wife Colleen Ginevan; his children, Max, Lt. Benjamin David Hebert, Margaret Anne Hebert and Maxwell Jacob Hebert; his siblings, Dr. Anne M. Hebert (John Cooke) of Dixfield, ME, Deborah J. Stemle (Eric) of Dixfield, ME, Richard M. Hebert (Heidi) of Dixfield, ME, John H. Hebert (Sandy) of Dixfield, ME, Wendy S. Hebert of Dixfield, ME and Bobbie L. Barron (Frank); his aunts, Donna Cialfi (Gary) and Toni Dietrich (Bob); and his uncle Frank Chiaravalloti (Deborah) of Newbury Port, MA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
