It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Leona Scaggs of Elkridge, Maryland, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wilson and Leona Wilson; her spouse Owlen Clements Scaggs, Sr.; her brother Edward; her grandson Timothy Andrew Scaggs, Sr.; and her great grandchild Timothy Scaggs, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Owlen Clements Scaggs, Jr. (late Linda Jean) and Carla Scaggs-Hughes (Brian); her siblings, Lavell Marks, Raymond, Oliver, Jack, Orville, Myrtle and Vera; her grandchildren, Owlen Clements Scaggs, III and Robin Scaggs; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Owlen, IV and Gannon Scaggs.
