He is survived by: his parents, Marie Balderson-Seibert (Henry Seibert) and Paul William Smeltz (Mae Smeltz); his stepchild Mili "Emily" Ngun Cer; his stepsiblings, Alan Seibert, Mike and Lisa Smeltz; and his pets, Jack and Rocco. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other family and friends.
