He is survived by: his wife Tracy Mills; his sons, Charles "Adam" and Tyler Mills; his daughter-in-law Barbra "Barbie" Stump; his granddaughters, Hayleigh and Natalie Mills; his siblings, Juanita "Nita" Crouch and Kemper "Lee" Mills; his parents-in-law, Sidney "Sid" and Patsy Smith; his siblings-in-law, Travis and Tina Smith; his nieces, Becky, Emily Crouch and Kaitlynn Mills; and his nephew Dustin Smith. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
