We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2021, at the age of 65, Cecelia Neugebauer (Elkridge, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Matthew Ryan Neugebauer; and her sister Patricia. She is survived by: her husband Dr. William Neugebauer; her daughter Laura Therese; her siblings, Thomas, Frances, Mary Catherine, Janie, John and Greg; her friend Walsh; and her goddaughter Katherine. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
