He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rudolph Netzer and Charlotte Netzer; his spouse Elizabeth Netzer; his children, Robin Shifflett (James) and Geraldine Mondshour; his sibling Nelson Netzer; and his grandchildren, Patrick Shifflett and Ryan Shifflett.
