He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Carr (Wells) of Woodstock, MD; his children, Jeff W. Carr of Woodstock, MD, Josh D. Carr (Shuang) of Fredericksburg, VA and Jill Carr Dudley (Bert) of Eldersburg, MD; his grandchildren, Alex, Austin Carr, Blake, Chase, Luke and Paige Dudley; his sister Teri L. Carr of Ottumwa, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Wells (Ann) of Wichita, KS, Marcia Wells, Sigourney, Dominga Wells of Baldwin, CA and Phyllis Wolf (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
