She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elmer Cullum and Minnie Lula Underwood; her husband Joe D. Colvin; her son Rickey Colvin; her stepson Randy Colvin; and her sister Clara Willis.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Jo Enslow (Steve) and Payton Colvin (Shirley); her stepson Rodney Colvin; her siblings, Georgia Osborne, Bobby Cullum, Helen Graham, Thelma Hughes, Stella Ryan, Larry and Leo Gillespie; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Abby, Theresa, Donald, Greg, Danielle, Heather and Kristina. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and loving friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Lansdowne Full Gospel Church, 8 Nelway Avenue, Lansdowne, MD 21227.
