He was predeceased by: his parents, Branham D. Perry and Esther Miller Perry. He is survived by: his wife Minnie M. Perry; his sons, Daniel N. Perry, Elk Mills, MD, J. Curtis Perry (Sandy) and Rising Sun, MD; his grandson J. C. Perry; and his siblings, Ron Perry (Sherri), Basil Perry (Joan), Rising Sun, MD and Vivian Martin.
