He is survived by: his wife Barbara Helen Chalk; his sons, Nick Chalk (Kirsten) of Hampstead and Gary Chalk (Amanda) of Mount Airy; his grandchildren, Nathan, Brynna and Rowan Chalk; and his siblings, Cornelia Chalk of Randallstown and Emery Chalk of Randallstown.
