As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kane and Marie Kane. He is survived by: his wife Judy E. Kane; and his children, Kenny Kane (Cassandra), Jimmy Kane (Lisa), Diana Byers (Patrick), Jennifer Green (Jerrod) and Dennis Kane (Rachel). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory (1212 W Old Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beside South Carroll High School (1212 W Old Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784).
