It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Baker of Eldersburg, Maryland, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Joan A. Baker; his children, Deborah Frazier (Dennis), Donna Steinberg, Donald Baker, Jr. (Donna) and Christen Oliver; and his grandchildren, Christopher Frazier, Allison Steinberg, Sarah Klein (Casey), Ryan Baker and Hannah Oliver.
