He is survived by: his wife Marcia Goforth (Kozan); his daughters, Sheri L. Dawson and Karol Kaye Goforth; his sister Wanda Lou Cain; his grandchildren, Amber Vinci, Ashley Mann and Savannah Marie Hoffstein; his great grandchildren, Gavin Williams and Ayden Vinci; and his cousin Peggy Boyer.
