It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Elizabeth Waddell of Edgewood, Maryland, born in Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Lipscomb (Francis); her grandchildren, Tiffany Roe (John) and Francis Lipscomb, Jr. (Samantha); her great grandchild Elena Lipscomb; and her siblings, Edward, Leonard "Peanut" Bowling, Nellie Tullock, Jean Lewis, Allen Bowling and Jack Bowling. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
