She is survived by: her parent Fernando Velasco; her niece Villar; her grandmother Roman Catholic; and her children, Florence Nieves Parker, Rubilita Velasco Edwards, Rudita Velasco Voelker, Robert Joseph Voelker, Richard Fernando Voelker and Lorraine Borders. She is also survived by many many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
