Windle II of Michigan, James Strother of Woodstock, Kenneth Strother of Woodstock and Richard Fox of Basye; his brothers, Buryl Windle of Stephen City, Larry Gene Windle of Bel Air, MD and Robert Windle of Bel Air, MD; his close friend Barbara Windle of Woodstock; his aunt Jenny Windle Shell of Front Royal; and his sister Brenda Tome. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, one great grandson; and abundance of nephews and nieces.
