He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Proudfoot and Emma Proudfoot of Edgewood, Maryland.. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Simmons Proudfoot; his children, Kim Moore (Bill), Karen Barben (Paul) and Steph Caldwell; his grandchildren, Allison Holston (Ben), Travis Moore (Kathryn), Ian Moore, Jacob Barben, Joshua Barben (Megan), Bailey Caldwell and Conner Caldwell; and his great grandchild Luke Barben.
