He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Blevins and Mildred Frances Blevins (Reed); his son Chris Blevins; and his sister Rebecca Barrow. He is survived by: his wife Helga Blevins; his children, Patrick Blevins (Karen) and Kimberly Schelebo (Joe); his grandchildren, Amanda Blevins and Wyatt Blevins; his brother Mark Blevins; his niece Susan; his daughter-in-law Mary Blevins; and his stepson Guenther Poindexter.
