She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie Carpenter and Allen Carpenter; her daughters, Susan Cledenin and Sandra Rice; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Nicewander and Melissa Fulmer.
She is survived by: her children, Sonya Nicewander of Gilbert, AZ and Sidra Coe of Edgewood, MD; her grandchildren, Herbert Baldwin, Jr., Bobby, Brandon Nicewander, Tawni McCracken and Brady Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Calleigh, Carter, Draden Nicewander, Jemma and Jaylee McCracken.
