He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Conley Sr. and Mary Conley (Whichard); and his great grandchild Destiny Anne Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Conley; his children, Denise Pierce, Anthony Conley and Raymond Fogler; his grandchildren, Samantha Pierce, Stephen Fogler, Lance Conley and Tanner Conley; his half-sister Denise Whichard; his aunt Wanda Moorehead; and his uncle Glenn Moorehead. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
