“To Norma and family. I was so shocked to hear of Vin's passing. Such a talented man, I had the opportunity to play lots of music with him and for him as a conductor. A remarkable musician and arranger, he will be missed greatly here in the Annapolis area. Both being former military musicians, we had much in common. I will miss him. Vince save a seat in the band for me...... rest now in peace. Jim Richards”
