It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Thomas Fortwengler (Edgewater, Maryland), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Richard Fortwengler. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Fortwengler; and his children, Mary Jo Smith (Ken) of Oregon City, OR, Nancy Meringolo (Tom) of Centreville, MD and David Fortwengler of Gaffney, SC.
