She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Nicowski and Margaret Nicowski. She is survived by: her significant other Stan Fletcher; her daughter Ashley Mitchell of Edgewater; her brother David Nicowski of Edgewater; her grandson Tristan Krauss; and her son Gump.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Kalas Funeral Home and Crematory (2973 Solomons Island Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stan and Joe's Riverside (4851 Riverside Dr, Galesville, MD 20765).
