He is survived by: his wife Jolie Lefler; his daughter Rose Dare Lefler; his in-laws, John and Joan Toryk; his siblings, Casey, Katherine Shoup (Lefler), Andrew Lefler, Rebekah Lefler, Trevor, Jenny Toryk, Tyler and Paige Toryk; his grandparents, Mike, Barb Kubera, Roger, Cindy Kolpien, Frank, Betsy Lefler and Carol Jones; his extended family, Steve, Heather, Avery Kubera, Frank, Jenn, Carl, Paul, Luke Lefler, Peter, Colleen, Joshua, Elizabeth, Carly, Maggie Byrnes, Tammy and Teagan Bruneman; and his parents, Stacy Lefler, and Matthew Lefler, Sr.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes contributions to either of the following accounts to help provide for Rose Dare Lefler.
