Cox of Edgewater, Maryland, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 13, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Kemeza and Alma Kemeza. She is survived by : her husband Michael Cox; her sons, Michael E. Cox, Jr. of Edgewater, MD and David Cox of Edgewater, MD; her sister Sandra Geissdorfer of Rosehaven, MD; and her grandchildren, Michael Allen Cox, Brooke Belt and Megan Cox.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory (2973 Solomons Island Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037). A memorial service was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
