She was predeceased by: her father Johnny Moreland; her husband John Thomas "Tommy" Adams, Sr. (Church); and her son Tony. She is survived by: her son John Thomas "Tom" Adams, Jr. (Karen); her granddaughter Olivia; her sister Connie Asher; and her cousin Bobbie Lee Sullivan. She is also survived by two other children, three more grandchildren and countless extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association or Hospice of the Chesapeake.
