He was predeceased by: his father Carson Willard; and his brother Carson Masters of Bethlehem, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Norah Masters; his stepsons, Brandon Arter of Edgewater, MD and Brock Arter (Rebecca) of Edgewater, MD; and his grandchildren, Beau, Rylee and Shelby Arter.
