Amily and friends are invited to celebrate Joan's life on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD 21037. A private interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Joan's memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
