He was predeceased by: his parents, Voiel McDaniel and Mary McDaniel. He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Smith of Edgewater; his son-in-law Michael Lazo; his son Robert McDaniel of Edgewater; his adoptive daughter Kari Hoffman (Kenny Ireland) of Edgewater; his siblings, Robert "Weasel" McDaniel of West Virginia and Jane Tillett of Edgewater; his grandsons, Phoenyx Penska, Kenneth and Kamden Ireland; his nephews, Weaver and Neil McDaniel; his niece Elizabeth Tillett; his great-niece Autumn Lawson; his great-nephew Jace Foster; and also Kelly Smith.
