He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Plummer and Wilma Plummer (Slater); his wife Jurgita; his children, Sierra of Maryland, Jacob of Maryland and Justina Plummer of Maryland; his sisters, Melanie Richardson (William) and Jennifer Raptosh (Brannan); his nieces and nephews, Dennis, Olivia Richardson, Edward, Andrew, Joseph and Brielle Raptosh; his parents-in-law, Virginija and Stasys Klimasauskai; his brother-in-law Mantas Klimasauskas of Lithuania; and his aunts, Martha Plummer and Dorothy Raymond. He is also survived by numerous cousins and cherished friends.
